Jo Ann Romero is the Founder and Owner of StrategyWorks, Inc., bringing over 30 years of expertise in instructional design, strategic planning, leadership, and executive coaching. Her skill set includes troubleshooting complex business issues, designing and implementing comprehensive systems change, and achieving organizational effectiveness. Jo Ann is celebrated for her client focus, innovation, and creativity across diverse industries such as natural resources, environmental, energy, defense, and human resources.

Jo Ann excels in creating tailored skills training, professional development programs, management and leadership development, and executive briefings. Her areas of expertise encompass leadership and executive development, competency-based development, performance management, workforce planning, collaboration, staff motivation, facilitation skills, and managing large-scale organizational change. Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer

David Goodnow oversees all aspects of financial management for StrategyWorks, Inc. His responsibilities include executing the company’s financial strategy, developing growth and expansion plans, identifying investment opportunities and managing accounting procedures. He excels at analyzing data and creating models based on his findings.
