Jo Ann Romero

Jo Ann Romero

Owner and Founder

Jo Ann Romero is the Founder and co-owner of the company. Her expertise include: Instructional design, Master Trainer and Facilitator, Consultant, Executive Coach, strategic planner and leadership expert. Her many areas of success include: troubleshooting complex business and organizational issues, designing and implementing complex system change, and achieving organizational effectiveness. She has over 25 years’ experience as a practitioner in the natural resource, environmental, energy, defense, and human resource industries. Jo Ann enjoys a reputation for her client focus, innovation and creativity.

Jo Ann has demonstrated leadership in the creation of tailored skills training, professional development; management and leadership development; executive briefings and presentations; and workshops on a variety of topics. She is expert in a variety of areas including leadership and executive development, competency-based development, performance management, workforce planning, collaboration, energizing and rewarding staff, facilitation skills, and managing large scale organizational change. Jo Ann is an avid reader and traveler and excels at gardening that reflects her love of growing both the natural world and people.

Her expertise includes: Senior trainer, Master Facilitator, consulting, professional coaching, leadership development, and experiential learning. Areas of success include the design of adult learning methods and practical approaches to experiential learning, diagnosing organizational issues, and helping clients deal with a variety of organizational and leadership issues. Rita is a certified Personal/Life Coach and enjoys a reputation for her straightforward and nurturing approach and her ability to engender long-term, application-oriented learning.
Rita has worked extensively in the natural resource and human resource industries. Rita is also a certified etiquette coach and has a passion for civility and helping others navigate the world with consideration for others. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, and spending time with her two children.

Karen K. Kline, PhD

Senior Consultant and Trainer

Her expertise includes: organization development, consulting, training, facilitation and coaching. Karen brings over 25 years of experience in leadership/executive development, team building, and human resource management. She is an accomplished consultant specializing in organizational and process analysis, process reengineering, focus group planning and facilitation. She has taught statistics and research methods at the University of Utah, developed surveys, selection systems, evaluated educational programs, validated selection and appraisal systems, and worked with senior executives in numerous organizations in leadership and executive development.
Karen has demonstrated leadership in bringing groups and teams together, designing and delivering a variety of trainings and leadership programs and leading large-scale change. Karen is an avid hiker and has a particular affinity to the Grand Canyon which she hikes several times a year.

Bruncha Milaszewski is a diversified professional with experience as an educational administrator, corporate trainer, career management consultant, workforce development program designer, and as a psychometric assessor.

Bruncha served in director roles at five educational institutions in both the United States and abroad where she was responsible for the design, development, and delivery of workforce development and training programs across several industry sectors.

In addition to her roles in higher education, Bruncha has been an HR and leadership development consultant.

Bruncha earned a Master’s degree, magna cum laude, in General Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where she was inducted into both Omicron Delta Kappa, The National Leadership Honor Society, and Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology. Bruncha holds certifications in HR and training from the Institute for Human Resource Management Education. In addition, she holds Level 1 and2 RQTU Certification from the British Psychological Society.

Bruncha loves cats, and science fiction movies and is committed to assisting others in finding both success and satisfaction in their world of work.

Tom Krekel

Tom has thirty years of experience in leadership as a CEO, followed by the last thirteen as a trainer and coach. The companies he led ranged from a start-up he founded, to an organizat​ion of 175 full-ti​me employees with five locations in central New Jersey where he was President. He has a BA from Wisconsin, and an MBA from the Lubar School of Business of the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
Tom is an Accre​dited Facilitator in Patrick Lencioni’s “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” and a Certified Trainer in Everything DiSC. He has been a Scaling Up Certified Coach for the last ten years. Among Tom’s other interests are fitness, golf and acoustic guitar.

Linda Strauss

Linda is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience. Throughout her career in corporate HR, Linda specialized in every aspect of HR. As a consultant, Linda provides employers with training, and strategic HR programs to manage employment issues with comfort, confidence, and compliance. She also provides leadership development, coaching, and HR and compliance training. Linda also delivers soft skills training, such as communication and interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence training, designed to enhance success and engagement in work and life.  
Linda holds two Senior HR certifications, SHRM-SCP and SPHR, and is a Certified Mediator of Workplace Conflict. In addition, she is a certified trainer of Becoming the Totally Responsible Person (TRP®), and TRP® Managing Change, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. She is an instructor for UNM’s Anderson School of Management, where she teaches management and HR classes to working professionals. Linda also conducts workplace investigations, as well as HR, compliance and soft skills talks and trainings such as for the EEOC, and harassment prevention trainings including on behalf of the NM Secretary of State. Linda is also an active volunteer leader of the Society for HR Management (SHRM) state council.

Nancy Davis

As a Senior Consultant and Trainer, Nancy brings over 20 years of hands-on leadership experience at all levels, including the executive ranks to the StrategyWorks, Inc. team. Over her 30-year career, Nancy worked at two of the nation’s premier Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDC), serving the Department of Energy and NASA respectively. Nancy’s leadership roles have included Supply Chain, Audit and Ethics, Facilities and Infrastructure, Safeguards and Security, and Capital Investments and Strategy. In addition to her formal leadership roles, Nancy was called upon throughout her career to lead numerous cross functional institution-level initiatives. It is these vast and various experiences that enable Nancy to infuse her classes with the realities of navigating leadership challenges at all levels. Nancy earned her master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at El Paso. Nancy is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM). Nancy is married, has three grown children and lives in Albuquerque.

David Goodnow

David Goodnow

Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer

Dave’s role is to provide project coordination ensuring the projects and all related processes run smoothly. Dave is known for his ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information. Dave provides customer interface; administrative and billing services and strategic and business planning. Dave retired from Sandia National Laboratories after a long career where he held a variety of technical and scientific assignments.
